Our Best Friends heart evokes a variety of emotions and significance for each observer. The two heart halves could be shared and displayed individually (each side unique, but only whole when together) or displayed as a whole heart in memory of the one who would have shared the other half.
This heart is completely unique and a one-of-a-kind creation.
This heart measures approximately 6.75” tall and 7.5-8” long and 5.25” wide together or 2.75" for each heart half, and the base is 5" wide.
The amazing colors on the heart are created with heat and Jason’s welding process, and the technique is called flame painting. The heart sculpture has been treated with a clear coating to lock in the colors and minimize weathering if placed outdoors.
Flame painting is an intentional heating/painting of the metal with a torch to bring out a range of colors based on the temperatures reached. PLEASE NOTE: The heart shown in the item images was photographed in a professional photo light box, which shows the colors far more than in regular incandescent lighting inside.
