Warranty

We aim for 100% satisfaction of your purchase, and we guarantee* and stand behind our work*.

If there is a defect in our craftsmanship or a quality issue with your artwork, we will work with you to repair the issue or replace the item if it cannot be repaired.

We do not offer refunds unless there is a defect in our craftsmanship or a quality issue with your product that cannot first be corrected, replaced, or repaired.

*We guarantee and stand behind the structural integrity of Jason's creations. We will repair or replace the item if there is ever an issue with the structural integrity through normal use and wear/tear. The defective artwork will need to be returned to us for inspection prior to approving the repair or replacement. (Basically Jason's looking to make sure the issue isn't from dropping the artwork or misuse.) We do not guarantee the painted finish of creations, but we do offer a Care Guide to help you maintain the finish throughout the years.

Damages and issues

We understand sometimes packages and their contents can become damaged during shipping, no matter how much bubble wrap we use or how well we package them.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours of receipt if the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the item you ordered. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item was damaged in shipping, please take and send us pictures of the damaged item(s) and package. Please save all original packaging materials, until we give the ok to dispose of the packaging materials.

We will work with you to either repair or replace the item(s), if possible, and return the damaged item(s) to us. If we are unable to repair the damaged item(s) or recreate a replacement, we will refund the damaged items.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for orders placed by customers who are dissatisfied with the turnaround time for made-upon-order items and/or did not review the made-upon-order information and notices prior to purchase. Once an order is placed, we are committed to fulfilling it to the best of our ability within the estimated timeframe and will ship your order as soon as it is completed. If a customer is unhappy with the turnaround time for made-upon-orders, we are happy to invoice a rush-fee (cost TBD but no less than $25) to prioritize their order.

No refunds (of either the shipping cost or merchandise value) can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Main Street Metal Works or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding.

We do not offer refunds unless there is a defect in our craftsmanship or a quality issue with your product that cannot first be corrected, replaced, or repaired. Any damages or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your item, along with photo evidence, and damaged/defective items must be returned to us within 10 days for inspection.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your defective item, and only in the event your item that cannot be repaired, replaced, or otherwise corrected, a refund will be approved. If a refund is approved due to our inability to repair replace, or otherwise correct the issue with your item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
